History of Our Natural Health Care Practice

 

For nearly 5 decades, we have brought the very best health care to Hilo, Hawai'i.

 

Dr. O.A.Ohlson, in 1967, started the first natural health practice in Hawaii County, Ohlson Chiropractic Clinic, on Furneuax Lane in downtown Hilo.

 

Dr. Robert E. Klein continued the same practice from 1980 onward,  renaming the office to Klein Chiropractic Center in 1982. Seeking a better facility, we relocated to our present location in 1986. 

 

Expanding our services, we opened our massage facility in 2012. With Dr. Rachel's arrival in 2014, Naturopathic Medicine has been added and we became Klein Natural Health and Wellness Center.

 

Now expanded to provide more complete natural health services, we continue the traditions of high quality and individualized caring with the most reliable natural methods.

 

Our many decades of continuous service in Hilo, HI has taught us that careful diagnosis is the key to finding the best form of treatment. Because we care for you, we use the latest and most advanced methods and enjoy a high rate of success.

 

Our staff includes three Doctors of Chiropractic, a Naturopathic Physician and two highly experienced massage therapists, all available for your benefit. Chiropractic Care, Naturopathic Medicine and Massage Therapy combine to offer complete natural health care services with the best results ever!

 

Because we are committed to your health, our exceptional staff includes the only Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist in the State of Hawaii and the only Board Certified Chiropractic Orthopedist in Hawaii County. We also have East Hawaii's only (2) Qualified Applied Kinesiologists, onlyCertified Graston Technique Practitioner and onlyCertified Active Release Practitioner.
